Champion Mindset Theatre is a unique and interactive program designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old and jointly offered by MindChamps and Actors Centre Australia (ACA), one of Australia’s top performing arts school and the alma mater of Hugh Jackman.

Terms & Conditions:
• I agree to pay the fees in advance, within MindChamps Direct Debit cycle. Fees are chargeable on a weekly basis.
• Notice: When I decide to withdraw from the programme, I must provide four weeks’ written notice or pay appropriate fees in lieu of such service.
• I understand that the fees must be paid regardless of attendance, e.g. Sickness and I understand that there will be no swapping of days or “making up” of days not attended.
• If my fees are in arrears for more than two weeks and no arrangements have been made with the centre, my child’s place will be withdrawn. Should I fail to pay my fees and my place is withdrawn, or when I leave the centre, I will be liable for all additional costs incurred by the centre in collecting the outstanding fees.
• I understand that Champion Mindset Theatre may change the terms and conditions via email giving at least 30 days’ notice.
• I agree to use the photo and/or video of my child for centre display or within website and social media pages and/or the Parents Newsletter.
